I specialise in helping agencies and growing businesses create clarity, remove bottlenecks, and implement workflows that stick. My approach blends hands-on process design with strategic operational insight.
Over the years, I’ve worked across agency and brand environments — including advising the strategic commercial team at Mars on production best practice during a global RFP process between Omnicom, WPP, and Publicis. My role was to share insights into how agencies work day-to-day and contribute ideas on future production models and production decoupling programmes to help shape where Mars could take its ecosystem in the future.
